Visitation Terms and Conditions

By completing your pre-registration as a visitor to the İstanbul Airshow 2024, you agree to the following visitation terms and conditions:

• You are required to carry a photo ID with you for security checks.
• The information you provide in the form must be accurate and match the identification details you will present at the exhibition.
• Pre-registration is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
• Mint Exhibition and Organizers reserves the right to make changes at any time, without justification, to the format, participants, content, location, timing, or any other feature of the exhibition.
• Mint Exhibition and Organizers reserves the right to cancel any approved visitor pre-registrations even after confirmation.
• Business attire is mandatory within the exhibition area.
• İstanbul Airshow, a specialized exhibition, is closed to the public for the first two days (September 26 and 27, 2024). During these commercial days, the exhibition is open only to domestic and international industry professionals, bureaucrats, government officials, businesspeople, students interested in the sector, and technical staff. Visitors under the age of 16 are not permitted during these days. The exhibition is open to the public only on the final day (September 28, 2024), and children aged 15 and under may enter the exhibition only when accompanied by an adult.
